Congratulations to our team: Decolonising the Curriculum for getting the 2019 Kent Student Awards (Outstanding Contribution to Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity)! In this year, our team has been advocating the inclusiveness in our curriculum. By promoting diversity in our curriculum, we have been holding focus groups, holding talks to let students know the urgent need for our curriculum be inclusive and the conference for establishing our manifesto. We have to thank people who supported us, gave us advice and inspiration. Without you, we would not have achieved this. Another special thanks to Dr Suhraiya Jivraj, she has inspired all of us to do what we believe.
